WARNING

The company iBiotec has listed all NSF H1-3H-approved products available on the market. On checking their safety data sheets, it transpires that most of these references contain a white mineral oil, an isoparaffinic solvent, or both, i.e. hydrocarbons that are known to be carcinogenic. This is in complete contradiction with the European recommendation to guarantee, as part of food safety, MOSH-free, POSH-free and MOAH-free formulations. 

SITUATION in 2022
The European commission confirms that it is forbidden to market products contaminated by MOSH and MOAH, beyond strict thresholds. Products contaminated by dangerous hydrocarbon derivatives, which are potentially carcinogenic or genotoxic, will have to be withdrawn from the market.
In France, a draft decree has been drawn up pursuant to Art. 123.19.1 of the Environment Code. Art. 112 of the law specifies that mineral oils are prohibited from 1 January 2022 on packaging intended for the public.

We have developed VÉGÉLUB^® AL, to meet this double requirement, the first lubricant with mould release and non-stick properties for direct contact with food, totally eco-sourced and renewable, guaranteed without hydrocarbons and, of course, certified 3H and H1 by the NSF.
